Signup through this Interest Form to stay updated on the PlusOne ADU (accessory dwelling unit) program coming to Dutchess County and Amenia July 14, 2025. 

The program provides grant funding (up to $112,500) and technical assistance to homeowners at or under 120% AMI of Dutchess County to create new accessory dwelling units (ADUs) or bring existing units up to code. Support includes help with planning, design, and construction, with a focus on expanding affordable housing, increasing flexibility for property owners, and promoting long-term community stability. Eligible applicants MUST plan to build or upgrade an ADU on their primary residence, and commit to using the unit for year-round housing only, no short-term or vacation rentals, with tenants who may include family members.
