Meeting was not held at Wassaic Firehouse.
It was agreed there were too many things going on at present (i.e. budget).
Also a strategy meeting should occur before running plans by Wassaic villagers.

The monthly Budget was reviewed and there are still some concerns about bills being paid without approval.
For example the County sent a bill to Amenia for the Senior picnic which the bookkeeper was ready to pay.
These expenses are picked up by FreshTown and others so it should not be paid.
Tom Werner will look into this matter further.
Pete Clair explained the new process is for Frankie O’Connell and himself to review all Rec bills twice a month before any are paid.
